Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription renewal


The USHU membership subscription plan will be renewed each year automatically and will be
charged to the payment method chosen. Members can currently only update their payment method
by cancelling the membership and by re-subscribing with the new payment method. No refunds will
be issued for any payments made for a previous membership level. However, you can contact us to
ask for a voucher which the system will deduct on signing up for a higher subscription level.


2. Cancellation


Your USHU membership subscription can be cancelled at any time. However, fees already paid for
any current and previous subscriptions will not be refunded.


3. Changing membership subscription level


Members can change their membership subscription by cancelling their current membership and
signing up for the higher membership level. No refunds will be issued for previous membership
levels. However, you can contact us to ask for a voucher which the system will deduct on signing up
for the higher subscription level.


4. Preferential Access (under "Intermediate" membership subscription)
4.1 Preferential access regarding our representation function
Members will have preferential access to consultations in different formats.


4.2 Affiliates membership,


Affiliates allows preferential access to insurance packages (most interesting for international
colleagues).


4.3 A personal in-depth meeting with an USHU board member each year
This will be subject to scheduling restrictions of USHU Board members. Regardless of the level of
membership we will always have the aim to be in touch with our members and to also meet with
them when possible. However, this will offer you direct access already agreed as part of the
membership level it attaches to in our system.
